Part number and configurationReels for loader cranes
Need to find a part number on a loader crane? Send the reel nameplate, a view of the installation and the attachment data. Compare four-hose configurations, two-hose versions and combined hose and cable reels separately from rotary unions.

Compare families and configurations

A4 — four lines in two twin hoses
A4 Standard reel with four lines in two twin hoses: 15 sizes, usable length from 2 to 37 m, maximum flow rate 30 l/min. Right-hand or left-hand model.
View part numbers
AG Standard — two lines in a twin hose
AG Standard reel: two lines in a twin hose, 40 l/min, 16 sizes and 1,2 to 39 m usable length depending on configuration. Right-hand or left-hand model.

AG.19 — two lines, high flow rate
AG.19 reel: two lines in a twin hose, 80 l/min, 5/8″ B3 or 3/4″ HDH. Ten sizes and up to 27,5 m usable length depending on configuration.

AG.25 — two lines, high flow rate
AG.25 reel with two lines in twin hoses, 135 l/min. Listed usable lengths from 14 to 72 m depending on diameter and size; large configurations on request.
View part numbers
AG/E — two lines and cable
AG/E: 2 hydraulic hoses and one electrical cable. Diameter, usable length, conductors and mounting depend on the part number; identification on request.

A4/E — four lines and cable
A4/E: 4 hydraulic hoses and one electrical cable. Diameter, usable length, conductors and mounting depend on the part number; identification on request.
View part numbersFor four hoses, also compare A4, S4 and M4 hose configurations. The part number, travel and mounting still need to be confirmed for the installation concerned.
Additional configurations and part numbers
| Configuration | Go to the family | To check |
|---|---|---|
| Four hoses | For a four-line hydraulic configuration to be confirmed against the circuit. | |
| Two hoses | Twin hose; specify length and circuit. | |
| Two hoses, other flow rates | Compare the specifications of each part number. | |
| Hoses and cable | For a hydraulic and electrical assembly. |
Identify the reel to replace
Include the current part number and photographs of the nameplate, mountings, fittings and hose/cable assembly. If the nameplate is illegible, state the measured dimensions and crane model.
The replacement proposal depends on the complete configuration. No price saving or interchangeable installation is assumed from the machine brand.
Data to include with the enquiry
See the information to record
Part number and installation
Nameplate, mountings, reel diameter and width, outlet direction.
Travel and guidance
Travel of the hose/cable assembly, end positions and guide points.
Circuit and cable
Flow rate, pressure, diameters and fittings; electrical specifications if required.
Rotation and environment
Rotator part number, speed and range of rotation; ambient conditions and special requirements.
Specify installation and use
See the information to record
Hose/cable assembly travel
Photograph the routing along the articulated sections and telescopic section.
Tool circuits
State the number of lines, their diameters, flow rate and pressure. Do not infer the number of lines from the attachment name alone.
Separate rotation
If a rotary union is included in the enquiry, record its part number, number of lines, speed and range of rotation.
Additional points to check
Rotary unions are additional components to identify separately: GR-2 or HD series depending on the number of lines, circuits and required rotation.
For an enquiry in a classified zone, the HDAtex series has specific documentation. Include the specifications and request the documents corresponding to the proposed part number; do not transfer a marking to another version.
Prepare your enquiry
For a replacement, start with a legible photograph of the nameplate and a view of the installation. Add the information available below; identify anything still to be confirmed.
- Part number and legible photograph of the nameplate.
- Machine, tool or attachment concerned.
- Photographs of mountings, fittings and routing.
- Travel, number of lines, diameters, flow rate and pressure.
- Cable, signal, rotation and special requirements, where applicable.
