Privacy policy

This policy describes the processing of personal data by GEDO FRANCE in connection with this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended.

Data collected and its source

This website only collects data through forms that you complete voluntarily. There are no customer accounts, online purchases or profiling.

Data is neither sold nor rented for marketing by third parties. The website is hosted in France.

Retention period

Data relating to an enquiry that does not lead to further business is kept for three years from the last contact. Data relating to a business relationship is kept for six years plus the current year after that relationship ends, a period aligned with accounting obligations.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your personal data, as well as the right to give instructions concerning its handling after your death.

You can exercise these rights by emailing contact@gedo.fr or writing to GEDO FRANCE, 565 avenue du Prado, 13008 Marseille. The Regulation provides for a response within one month of the request.
