DEMAC product ranges

Find your DEMAC reel family or prepare a replacement using the existing part number, entered in the site search. For a hydraulic configuration with four hoses, compare the A4, S4 and M4 families (FR).

The catalogue

The eight ranges

The pages below provide access to part numbers, configurations and the points to check for a replacement.

Compare the ranges in one table

Finding the right range

Find the range by installation type

If the part number is unreadable, the installation and payout method help identify the range to examine.

Points to check

Three things to check before ordering

Before selecting a part number, check the compatibility of the hose and cable configuration, mounting and environment.

Permissible pressure of the complete assembly. Check the limits of the reel, hose and connections. A pressure option on the reel does not increase the rating of the other components.

Hose and cable configuration and installation space. Identify twin or separate hoses, their diameters and minimum bend radius. Also compare the required travel, drum and mountings with the existing assembly.

ATEX requirement. Specify the area classification and required marking. The configuration and documents applicable to the part number must be confirmed; see the page on ATEX and special requests (FR).

Technical advice

Identify a part number or prepare a quotation

Send the full part number or a photograph of the nameplate, views of the installation and mounting dimensions. For a new configuration, specify the circuits, travel, operating conditions and available installation space.

Quotations and technical advice on request.
