You know the part number

Provide the full part number, including any suffixes, and the quantity required. A photo of the nameplate or a previous invoice can support your enquiry.

You are replacing a unit

For an initial assessment, send the information available, even if the serial number cannot be found. If it is legible, include it: the serial number is required to identify the replacement unit with certainty. If possible, attach photos of the nameplate, the reel and its installation. Specify the characteristics to retain and any mounting constraints. Submit your enquiry even if the number is illegible or inaccessible; we will help you identify the missing information.

You are looking for a configuration

For example, for a four-hose reel, specify the number and arrangement of the hoses, the usable length and the characteristics you already know. For a cable, specify the number of conductors and the known electrical data.
