You know the part number

Provide the full part number, including any suffixes, and the quantity required. A photo of the nameplate or a previous invoice can support your enquiry.

You are replacing a unit

The reel’s serial number is required to identify its replacement. It is shown on the label and, depending on the model, on the hub or on the back of the support. If possible, attach photos of the nameplate, the reel and its installation. Specify the characteristics to retain and any mounting constraints. You can contact us even if the part number is illegible.

You are looking for a configuration

For example, for a four-hose reel, specify the number and arrangement of the hoses, the usable length and the characteristics you already know. For a cable, specify the number of conductors and the known electrical data.
