Check the reference row and its options
A product family name is not a complete part number. Check the handedness, size, hose/cable configuration, usable length and applicable suffixes.
The maximum values of a family are not necessarily available together. Read the part number row, the notes and the corresponding drawing. If the index, table or your nameplate show a discrepancy, send us these details for confirmation.
Any printed prices or surcharges do not constitute a GEDO quotation. Request pricing with the part number, quantity and options.
Request the document for the correct model
Dimensional drawing
Specify the full part number and execution. Tell us whether you need mounting details, connection details or a 3D file, including the required format; availability will be confirmed.
Installation and maintenance manual
Request the manual corresponding to the equipment and its version. Mounting, prewinding, reserve and maintenance values must come from that manual.
Missing document
Attach photos of the nameplate and installation. We will start by identifying the product concerned.
Specific requirement
Specify the documentation required for your application, particularly in an ATEX area. Its availability and scope must be confirmed for the configuration.
Gather the information before contacting us
Request a drawing, manual or technical document
Provide the full part number and the document required: a dimensioned drawing, 3D file, manual or technical evidence. For a 3D file, specify the preferred format. If the part number is illegible, attach a photo of the nameplate to begin identification.
The availability and version of the document will be confirmed for the equipment concerned.
