Key points

Part number / replacement

Send the full code, suffixes and a nameplate photograph. For a new configuration: cable, required current, usable length, unwinding direction and installation drawing.

Options

With or without cable; /HF or /PUR suffixes depending on configuration. Standard or /F bracket. CANbus, Ethernet and Profinet subject to approval.

Installation and operating conditions

  • Automatic spring return; the catalogue excludes manual use.
  • Maximum cable speed: 30 m/min. Temperature: -20 to +60 °C. Protection: IP 66.
  • LCRD: right-hand model; LCRS: left-hand model. For vertical downward travel, refer to LCR/VD part numbers; do not transfer a horizontal capacity.
  • Standard bracket: four Ø 11 mm holes, centre distances 100 × 40 mm; overall dimensions 120 × 60 mm on the drawing.
  • /F bracket: four Ø 17 mm holes on a Ø 170 mm pitch circle, Ø 200 mm flange. Check the drawing for the selected part number.

The stated current is that of the slip ring assembly; it is not sufficient to establish the cable’s current-carrying capacity under actual operating conditions. Lengths apply only to their associated configurations in the table.

Code details to confirm

The catalogue shows two codes for the 25x0,5 mm², 45 m entry: LCRD 700.240545 and LCR 700.121533. Codes for the 12x1,5 and 18x1,5 entries cannot be decoded literally from the conductor count and cross-section. These details are retained as published; have the part number and drawing confirmed before ordering.
