Part number and configurationReels and kits for forklifts
To replace a mast reel or configure a kit, include the existing part number, a photograph of the nameplate and the mast type. Then compare two- or four-line versions, combined hose and cable configurations, and cable or camera kits.

Compare families and configurations
Identify a complete kit
Choose the number of lines or cable type, then the part number and fittings.
Replace the reel only
Go to the mast reel families. Forklift brand alone does not guarantee a match.

Hydraulic kit — four lines
DEMAC 4-line forklift kits: K9–K12 in R7/B1, K13–K16 in R8, with metric, JIC, BSP or DIN fittings. Part number, direction and configuration must be identified.

Hydraulic kit — two lines
K1 to K8 2-line forklift kits: reel, twin hose, CDL 100 and fittings. R7, R8 or B1 versions depending on diameter; right-hand or left-hand mounting must be identified.

Combined hose and cable kit — two lines and cable
DEMAC K17–K32 kits: two hydraulic lines and cable with 2, 3, 4 or 6 conductors, CDL 300 guide and fittings. Full part number and mast configuration must be identified.

Cable or camera kit — CR/S
DEMAC CR/S — CR-04/Camera forklift cable kits: 2, 3, 4 or 6 conductors depending on version, B1 3/16 inch hose and CDL 106 guide. Specify the part number and signal.
View part numbersData to check according to kit configuration
| Configuration | Go to the family | To check |
|---|---|---|
| Four hydraulic lines | Select according to the attachment circuit and hose/cable assembly travel. | |
| Two hydraulic lines | Check hose type, length and fittings. | |
| Hoses and cable | Specify the contacts, power supply and signals to transmit. | |
| Cable or camera | State the cable part number and signal specifications. |
Identify the reel to replace
A legible DEMAC part number is the first item to send. Without a nameplate, include views of the reel, fittings and mast, with mounting and flange dimensions.
A replacement for the original equipment must be validated against all these specifications; forklift brand and an identical number of lines do not demonstrate interchangeability.
Data to include with the enquiry
See the information to record
Travel and mast
Lift height, mast type and length to wind.
Hydraulic circuit
Number of lines, diameter of each hose, flow rate and working pressure.
Fittings and mounting
Fitting standard and dimensions, hole centres, flange and outlet direction.
Electrical equipment
Contacts, voltage, current and signal or camera type, if present.
Specify installation and use
See the information to record
The mast
Mast type, lift height and hose/cable routing must be recorded on the actual installation.
Overall dimensions
Photograph the position and mountings. The AG Compact versions and complete kits are starting points for comparison, not proof of equivalence based solely on forklift brand.
Additional points to check
The usable-length calculation is presented on the forklift kits page. It must be applied to the installation concerned.
For video equipment, see the cable / camera kit and include the camera part number. Installation data is grouped on the forklifts page.
Prepare your enquiry
For a replacement, start with a legible photograph of the nameplate and a view of the installation. Add the information available below; identify anything still to be confirmed.
- Part number and legible photograph of the nameplate.
- Machine, tool or attachment concerned.
- Photographs of mountings, fittings and routing.
- Travel, number of lines, diameters, flow rate and pressure.
- Cable, signal, rotation and special requirements, where applicable.
