The S1 Compact is a spring-return reel for one hydraulic hose in 1/4″, 5/16″ or 3/8″. Its five sizes cover 0.8 to 5.8 m usable length depending on whether B1 or T2 hose is used, with a maximum flow rate of 30 l/min.
S1D: right-hand; S1S: left-hand. .06, .08 and .10 denote 1/4″, 5/16″ and 3/8″ respectively. Suffix XX specifies B1 or T2.
/VD.Dimensions in millimetres and weights without hose. The drawing indicates a 1 × 3/8″ connection, or 1 × 1/4″ for code .06, with Ø 11 mm mounting holes and 55/80 mm reference dimensions. PDF/STEP drawings on request.

Example: S1D230.10 has 1.5 m usable length with B1 but 0.8 m with T2; S1D340.06 has 5.8 m with B1 and 4.9 m with T2. Specify the exact type and diameter of the hose to be replaced.
The permissible pressure of the supplied assembly must respect the limits of the reel, hose and connections. Specify the fluid, its temperature, the flow rate and working pressure to validate the equipped part number; the pressure rating of the reel alone does not guarantee that of every hose combination.
TU1 catalogue reference data: pressure ratings of the hose alone, in bar. These values are not the guaranteed pressure rating of the equipped reel. The final configuration must respect the limits of all its components; the table below does not establish that every combination is available in every size.
