Dimensions A/B/D/E in millimetres, weights without hoses. The drawing shows four separate hoses, a 4 × 3/4″ connection and a flange with Ø 11 mm holes, 80 mm square centres and 100 mm overall size.

Part numbers and lengths

Lengths in metres. The 1SN/T2 and 4SP columns remain separate. Standard 700/800 versions have no published 4SP length; the /R part numbers cover these configurations.

For sizes 700 and 800, dimension A increases from 315 mm to 450 mm with /R; weights for these versions are not specified. Do not confuse /R with the general option /VD for vertical downward operation. Request the exact drawing and manual before any substitution.

The maximum published usable length is 15 m, in 5/8″: A4D800.19.16.XX with 1SN/T2, or A4D800.19.16.XX/R with 4SP. Length alone therefore does not identify an equivalent part number.

The permissible pressure of the supplied assembly must respect the limits of the reel, hose and connections. Specify the fluid, its temperature, the flow rate and working pressure to validate the equipped part number; the pressure rating of the reel alone does not guarantee that of every hose combination.

Pressure ratings of hoses alone

TU1 catalogue reference data: pressure ratings of the hose alone, in bar. These values are not the guaranteed pressure rating of the equipped reel. The final configuration must respect the limits of all its components; the table below does not establish that every combination is available in every size.

Preparing a replacement

To replace a reel, send the full part number and a photograph of the nameplate, mounting details, right/left-hand version, working position, fittings and usable length. Request the manual for the exact version before installation or servicing.

For four lines in 1/2″, compare the A4.12; for four separate hoses of smaller diameter, compare the S4. Have the configuration and pressure of each circuit confirmed. See the DEMAC technical catalogues.
