The A2.19 is a spring-driven reel for two separate hydraulic hoses, up to 80 l/min. Eight sizes in 5/8″ and 3/4″ cover usable lengths from 1,3 to 16 m depending on the hose type. The 4SP lengths are shown separately.
A2D : right-hand model; A2S : left-hand model. The code A2D420.19.19.XX combines series 19 with a 3/4″ hose. The suffix XX must be specified according to the table.
/VD.Dimensions in millimetres and weights without hoses. The drawing shows 2 × 3/4″ connections and a flange with Ø 11 mm holes on a 60 mm square mounting pattern, with an overall dimension of 80 mm.

Example: A2D800.19.16.XX in 5/8″ has 16 m of usable length with 1SN/T2/2SC, and 15 m with 4SP. Replace XX only after the hose type has been confirmed; specify if the reel is required without hoses.
The permissible pressure of the supplied assembly must remain within the limits of the reel, hose and connections. Specify the medium, its temperature, flow rate and working pressure to confirm the equipped part number; the pressure rating of the reel alone does not guarantee the rating of every hose combination.
Figures from the TU1 catalogue: pressure ratings of the hose alone, in bar. These values are not the guaranteed pressure rating of the equipped reel. The final configuration must comply with the limits of all its components; the table below does not establish that every combination is available in every size.

To replace a reel, provide the full part number and a photo of the nameplate, the mounting, right-hand/left-hand orientation, operating position, connections and usable length. Request the manual for the exact version before installation or any intervention.
