The AG.25 is a spring-driven reel for two hydraulic lines in a twin hose, up to 135 l/min. The catalogue gives figures for nine reel side plate sizes from 810 to 1 550 mm, with usable lengths from 14 to 72 m depending on diameter. Some large configurations are available only on request.
AGD identifies the right-hand model, AGS the left-hand model. In AGD800.25.10.XX, .25 identifies the series, .10 the 3/8″ hose and XX its type.

Lengths in metres. The catalogue lists T2 and B3 : have the combination with the diameter confirmed. The usable length of 72 m applies to the AGD1550.25.12.XX in 1/2″, not to every size or diameter.

Only on request, with no length specified in this data sheet: AGD1500.25.16.XX, AGD1500.25.19.XX and AGD1600.25.19.XX/O. Keep the suffix /O of the last part number. Do not infer a reel side plate of 1 600 mm or a capacity of 72 m from this part number alone.
The permissible pressure of the supplied assembly must comply with the limits of the reel, hose and connections. Specify the fluid, its temperature, flow rate and working pressure to validate the fitted part number ; the pressure rating of the reel alone does not guarantee that of every hose combination.
Reference values from the TU2 catalogue: pressure ratings of the hose alone, in bar. These values are not the guaranteed pressure rating of the fitted reel. The final configuration must comply with the limits of all its components ; the table below does not establish that every combination is available in every size.

To replace a reel, provide the full part number and a photo of the nameplate, along with the mounting arrangement, right-hand/left-hand configuration, operating position, connections and usable length. Request the manual for the exact configuration before installation or any work.
For two separate hoses up to 1″, compare the A2.25 and its own table. Belonging to the same series 25 does not make the mounting brackets or capacities interchangeable. See the DEMAC technical catalogues.
