The hose reels RT1 and RT2 are presented for rescue vehicles and hydraulic rescue tools. The catalogue distinguishes .35 configurations at 350 bar and .70 configurations at 700 bar, with 1/4" twin hoses.
Send the full part number, working pressure, number of hose assemblies, their length, hose types and fittings, and photographs of the installation and nameplate.
RT1 has one twin hose; RT2 has two. The tables below reproduce the combinations actually listed: RT2 part numbers do not include all RT1 lengths. Dimensions A to D in mm, lengths in m.

The T2 hose rated at 375 bar in this table is fitted to RT .35 part numbers rated at 350 bar: its pressure rating does not increase the rating of the assembly. The data sheet states a maximum flow rate of 40 l/min and a range of −20 to +80 °C for the series. Figures from a TU2 hose data sheet do not replace those for the required RT configuration.
The catalogue distinguishes the reel, bracket, hose and complete assembly. Stainless steel fittings are mentioned as available on request; specify the existing connections and required scope of supply. The drawing and configuration documents are required to validate integration into the vehicle.
