Replacing a reel? Send us its serial number : we need it to identify the unit to be replaced. The model part number alone is not sufficient.

Where can I find the serial number?

Look for “Serial number” on the label. The number is also marked on the reel itself, in the locations illustrated below depending on the model.

The number is also engraved on the back of the support, at the location indicated by the arrow.
