Replacing a reel? Send the information available, even if the serial number cannot be found. The full part number and clear photos of the nameplate, reel and installation support an initial assessment; the serial number is required to identify the replacement unit with certainty.

Where can I find the serial number?

Look for “Serial number” on the label. The number is also marked on the reel itself, in the locations illustrated below depending on the model.

The number is also engraved on the back of the support, at the location indicated by the arrow.
